What is emergency care?
Emergency osteopathic care or sports therapy can relieve sudden pain, reduce inflammation and prevent compensation.
The aim is to speed up the return to comfort and mobility, from the first 24 to 72 hours following an injury or blockage.

Marie-Claude Dion is a certified osteopath, a member of Osteopathie Québec and a certified first responder athletic therapist.
With a solid background in high-level sports, Marie-Claude has everything it takes – and more – to intervene effectively in emergency situations. A certified sports first responder since 2004, she has worked at McGill’s Sports Medicine Clinic, has been a member of the Judo Canada medical team since 2005, and acted as chief therapist at the 2016 Rio Olympic Games. A graduate in osteopathy from the CEO de Montréal and a member of Ostéopathie Québec, she combines clinical rigour with responsiveness in the field.
